Spiral Towers

Spiral towers, which are needed in all food production facilities (dough, meat, vegetables, fruits, etc.), are a system used for the transportation of many different products. It is possible to reach the desired outlet temperatures regardless of the inlet temperature. Spiral towers can cool or shock according to the desired outlet temperature. Due to variables such as product type, mixture properties, packaged products, they are processed at different temperatures or times. Spiral towers can have different diameters, capacities, band widths and heights in accordance with the plant conditions. They have easy installation. Inlet and outlet directions can be adjusted according to plant and machine layout. Belt materials are long-lasting and easily replaceable. Panel insulation, cooling system and belt system are produced and assembled as a package by 3PAN.
